Bus Storage Facility Project | Warehouse Lease Agreement Update

At last night’s Board meeting, the Board approved the amendment to the Gothard warehouse lease agreement, allowing additional time to secure a permanent location for the bus storage facility.

The amended lease extends the agreement for an additional three years. The current rent is maintained for the first year, followed by 3% annual increases. The yearly lease cost is $363,984. The District will continue covering maintenance and repair costs from the General Fund.
